Sun City Hotel - Sunny Beach

The pool area is well-maintained with plenty of sun loungers. The dining experience was often disappointing due to repetitive food choices.

it was a such great stay, well-run place. the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable all the time. location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, a quiet area and the terminal. plus, it was 10 minutes drive by car from safa and marwa hill. the food was good, had a great selection of options.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff was nice, the room was amazing with fresh towels, patio plus balcony. A great selection of fab food, I liked it.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.

They were not paying attention to details - little things that could improve a lot the quality of the staying: the people staying at the ground floor have no privacy at all, since the rooms are very close to the pool; the rooms really need something to prevent the mosquitoes entering inside; more attention to the bathroom accessories.

Budget hotel and although new it had a cosy family atmosphere, staff particularly restaurant staff were first class, comfy beds, nice balcony with adequate furniture and good bathroom. Tremendous value with a first rate breakfast, I paid for lunch one day less than 6 euros and although not fine dining I thought the standard and choice were first rate, soup, salad, 4 main courses, fruit, juice and ice cream. I thought the layout was well thought out, with the reception and restaurant opposite each other, the swimming pool the central feature of the courtyard with 3 blocks of apartments in a horseshoe shape and well landscaped. Although on the edge of Sunny Beach I considered this an advantage as it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it particularly at the price. I assume the low price was because it was new but I would definitely pay more if I visited again!!

A few little things but they were far outweighed by the good things, nothing is rarely 100%,

The receptionists were helpful, we enjoyed strong drinks, and appreciated the lovely pool. We visited a charming resort that seemed like a private garden and played at a nearby playground for even more fun. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

We enjoyed a spacious apartment with a lovely garden area. The playground kept the kids entertained, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the pool, made for a great family outing, especially with our young baby.

In my wife's opinion, better food options would greatly enhance the experience for families.

The location was choice as it was near the beach, but the food was pretty bland and repetitive. The staff were friendly, especially the bar crew.
